I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to help others out that might be having the same doubts as me. I was VERY nervous buying a battery that was not from Dell. I went back and forth for some time. The same type of battery from Dell is three times the price of this one, so I figured I would at least give the cheaper one a try. I am thrilled with how well it works! Even if I have to replace it every year, that is better than paying for the Dell battery. I had my laptop barely a year when I started getting the notice that my battery life was fading. I would definitely buy from this company again. The shipping was reasonable and fast, and the battery works great!
I ordered my new battery at the beginning of December. After I placed my order, I realized it had to be shipped from the UK. So I prepared to WAIT. It took 3 weeks to arrive, but I am now very pleased with the product. It works as good as or better than the original battery. No complaints about it at all.
